• Set a good example so kids know how to behave. EVERYONE must follow the rules.
• No running!
• Put toys away. People might trip over them.
• Wear sunscreen.

Keep in mind that nothing stays fresh forever. Water will attract bugs and dust and other pollutants. Even if you are not using your pool, rainwater and the sun will affect the chemistry of your pool through phenomenon like evaporation.
